This month marks the first birthday of Boomerocity.com!

As I’ve said before, when I launched Boomerocity.com last May, I expected to post a handful of interviews with three or four icons and influencers from the past.  I didn’t know who they were going to be but it was what I thought was going to be a stretch goal for the website.

I started out with interviews with Bill German, Barry McGuire, Leslie West and Rick Derringer with tremendous response.  Those interviews are still generating lots of traffic to Boomerocity.  Again, I extend my special thanks and gratitude to these gentlemen. One year later, we closed out our first year with a total of 25 interviews.  They’re all posted on the site so, if you missed one, they are still there for your reading pleasure.

We kick off our second year with several interviews lined up for the month of May.  First, is our interview with Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits.  Later this month, we’ll have interviews with Mark Lindsay of Paul Revere and the Raiders, Johnny Winter and Dave Getz from Big Brother and the Holding company. 

While I don’t have anything that I can share with you now, the remaining year promises interviews with some very interesting people. So, stay tuned and tell others about Boomerocity.com!
