Smooth jazz funkmeister (and great Boomerocity friend), Rob Parissi, has come out with a fun, light-hearted Christmas tune that is sure to brighten your days leading up to Christmas. His latest creation, Have A Funky Christmas, is just downright fun to listen to over and over again.
But don’t let the fun and humor of the song deceive you. The tune is a very intricately sophisticated in its composition. Each time I’ve listened to it, I pick up another fun, golden nugget from how it’s written.
Have A Funky Christmas is just a little teaser from Parissi to get us all ready for his latest, soon-to-be-released CD, The Real Deal, which promises to be chock full of great smooth jazz. Of course, Boomerocity will review it when we receive our review copy of the music.
