Pam Tillis Green HatPam Tillis is no stranger to Boomerocity. She last spoke with us a little over two years ago to talk about her then-new album, Looking For A Feeling. The beautiful and multi-talented daughter of late country icon, Mel Tillis, Pam began forging her own career in her own way back in early eighties. First, it was with her pop hit, “Above and Beyond The Doll of Cutey”.

Later, she put out her first country album, “Put Yourself In My Place. That debut country effort produced two number one singles, two top-five singles, and one top-twenty single. Ultimately, that album was certified gold.

Not only has Pam made her mark in country music, but she is also an accomplished actress who graced the Broadway stages in New York and on our TV screens. Fans will remember her appearing in such legendary TV shows as L.A. Law, Diagnosis Murder, Promised Land, and the TV series “Nashville”. This year, her acting credits have extended to her appearing as “Candy” on “Fairwood” (on the streaming channel, Crackle). Regardless of what Pam pursues in her career, fans support, love, and adore her.

Pam and I caught up with each other to discuss her upcoming concert in the Knoxville, Tennessee area as well as what she has been up to since our last chat and her role on Fairwood.
