Before his passing in 2022, Simmonds completed what would become one of his most personal projects—his autobiography, Street Corner Talking. The book tells the remarkable story of a young musician from post-war London who would go on to build one of the longest-running and most Robert Schaffnerrespected bands in blues-rock history.
